Investors - what we are currently looking for in investors

We can offer investors a business that has weathered the dot.com crash. We have a good ROI with our current model and would expect a better ROI if we attracted funding over organic growth. A two to five year acceptable exit strategy is a realistic goal.

We are open to approaches from investors:

• Who want a hands on or non-executive role,
• Who can make a significant input of finance to fully utilize the opportunities available to ROK.
